Tenant Placement & Management

Tenant placement includes the market rent analysis, advertising to funnel prospective residents, screening and background checks,  executing a lease agreement,  and collecting rents and fees.

Maintenance

 Quality residents choose quality properties.  We can handle everything from cleaning, repair requests, and emergency calls.  We have both in-house and vendor relationships to help maintain the value of your asset.

Financial 

We provide owners with periodic financial reporting and regular distributions.   We can work with you to establish a strategy and budget to help you move toward your financial goals.
