Patrick offers valuable expertise in rental properties, drawing from over 20 years of experience in the Fort Wayne market. Patrick started his real estate career in 2003 as a real estate investor and landlord.

In 2006, Patrick became a licensed appraiser and in 2009, he earned his real estate license. His career includes working with top brokerages like RE/MAX and Keller Williams, where he refined his investor-focused approach. Patrick launched The Antrim Group in 2019, an independent real estate brokerage tailored to investors.

260 Property Management was started as a division of The Antrim Group, to provide Fort Wayne investors with hassle-free property management, allowing them to enjoy the benefits of real estate ownership without the burden of day-to-day responsibilities.

He is a board member of the Apartment Association of Fort Wayne-NE Indiana, Inc. He is also a member of Upstate Alliance of REALTORS®, Indiana Association of Realtors, National Association of REALTORS®, and Greater Fort Wayne Inc.

Leasing Manager

Melissa joined the Antrim Group in 2023 as the Leasing Manager.

She loves meeting new people, finding out what their needs are in a home and helping fulfill those needs. Melissa’s first experience with property management was in Oregon, where she enjoyed working for a team with shared roles. This enabled her to be able to experience different aspects of the industry. She has also worked for luxury communities in her hometown, Fort Wayne.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys outdoor activities, art and music.
